With City having recently agreed on a deal with Dortmund for Erling Haaland, this has all but certainly spelt the end of Jesus’ time in Manchester. It is said that he wants to be the leader of an attack, which can’t happen at the Etihad. Arsenal is more than willing to offer him that role.
Further, manager Pep Guardiola has a rotation policy too. This sees Jesus go in and out of the team, which is something that he may not like. A lot of players are fine with this policy of Pep but it is being suggested that Jesus wants more of an active role in the starting eleven.
