‘How are you going to be able to entice him against Manchester City and Real Madrid’-Former Arsenal striker warns Liverpool that Jude Bellingham may not sign for Liverpool

The fact that the Reds are interested in signing the Englishman as they attempt to tighten things up in the middle of the field for the next season is not exactly a well-kept secret. It is important to point out that the team managed by Jurgen Klopp is now suffering through one of the worst beginnings of a season in recent history.

The Merseyside club currently sits in tenth place in the Premier League standings with 10 points after eight matches played. Since the beginning of the new season, they have only won two of their matches in the English Premier League.

The Reds are a pale imitation of the club that was in contention for the championship the year before. Ian Wright believes that Jude Bellingham would not want to join them at such a challenging time because a large number of powerful clubs from throughout Europe are competing for his signature.

What did Ian Wright say about Jude Bellingham to Liverpool?

On the Kelly & Wrighty Show, the former Arsenal striker stated the following (source: Metro):

“The problem for Liverpool is that Jude Bellingham has the pick of the greatest [teams in the world] at the moment. How do you sell Liverpool to him? You’re going to need other players alongside him so you can say, ‘We’re going to get back to that level.'”

“How are you going to be able to entice him against Manchester City and Real Madrid who can both say, ‘Look at who we’ve got.’ They both could dominate for the next 10 years.”
