Providing some hope in the murky times, Arsenal will also be announcing the arrival of Martin Odegaard in the following hours.

The latest Arsenal misery
The Gunners have now been left frustrated with the poor display from the team for a while now. The top four has become a myth for the erstwhile Invincibles while the preceding season marked the nadir of their faring as they ended in the 8th spot of the League Table.
Mikel Arteta has come under heavy fire after the Gunners has been shaky since the very beginning of the Premier League. What was supposed to be a fairy tale start for Arsenal away from home against a newly promoted Brentford, spiralled out into a sloppy defeat.
Despite the likes of Leno, Runarsson and Arthur Okonkwo, Arsenal’s last line of defence has always been rocky. Leno couldn’t emulate his form at Leverkusen and has been mediocre vis-a-vis the goal-keepers of the other top teams.
Ramsdale has been a part of the Premier League for the last two years after spending the initial 2 years on loan away for Bournemouth.
He featured in 37 matches in 2019-20 for Bournemouth before the Blades snapped him up in the following year and he played 38 matches for them.
He has managed to conjure 10 clean sheets from 75 appearances. His numbers are inspiring despite the lackluster defences that he has been guarding for the last two years.
He pulled off 276 saves that starred the likes of 26 sweeper clearances and 15 catches. Sadly, he has also leaked 125 goals, a bit too much for the liking of the Arsenal fans.
With Chelsea up next, Arteta will have his task cut out because Tuchel won’t spare a single opportunity to inflict a hefty shellacking upon the Gunners and they will do good to pull off a draw if they can against the marauding European champions.
