Whether or not Ronaldo will stay at United is still unclear as the Red Devils are set to miss out on a UCL spot this season. So, not getting to retain Ronaldo will be a huge miss for Ten Hag as the club wants to compete at the highest level of world football.

Ronaldo is the top scorer of the team and if he decides to leave, the club will have to spend big to sign a replacement for him. So, the initial meetings and conversations between Ronaldo and Ten Hag are going to be key for all the parties involved and Manchester United’s future depends a lot on Ten Hag’s persuasion skills.
