Arsenal fans praised Mohammed Elneny performance against West Ham United in the London Derby. The Egyptian put in a stellar performance as Arsenal defeated the London club by a narrow 1-2 scoreline which enabled them to move above Tottenham in the Premier League table.
Mikel Arteta’s side were under pressure after learning about Tottenham’s 3-1 victory over Leicester City earlier. Arsenal showed enough resilience and grit against the Hammers to be victorious.

In the 72nd minute of the game Mohammed Elneny produced an excellent pass for Arsenal striker Eddie Nketiah. The pass was of the highest quality as some Arsenal fans compared it to Kevin De Bruyne’s level. Although the movement from Eddie Nketiah was also excellent, Elneny found him perfectly. Arsenal fans called it the pass of the match.
Elneny is out of contract this summer, but has become vital for Arteta recently in the absence of Thomas Partey.

Elneny’s assured performance against Chelsea in a 2-4 victory at Stamford Bridge gave Mikel Arteta a much-needed option in midfield.

Elneny has really dominated a few of the world’s best midfielders in the last three games for Arsenal and it certainly caught the eye of Arsenal fans. If Arsenal do not offer Elneny a new contract, it is certain that the Egyptian will certainly not be short on offers.
