Real Madrid To Make A Bid For A Premier League Striker This Summer

Several clubs, including Real Madrid and Manchester City, are allegedly showing interest in signing Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane

Real Madrid is among the teams showing interest in buying Tottenham Hotspur striker and England captain Harry Kane during the summer transfer window, according to Fichajes. Kane has been linked with a move to Real Madrid before.

Kane has played his whole professional career until now at Tottenham Hotspur. He has established himself as one of the top goal scorers in the contemporary era of football. While he has achieved considerable individual success, he has failed to win a single trophy in his professional career, whether at the club or international level.

Kane came dangerously close to leaving Tottenham Hotspur last summer to pursue his trophy goals. Manchester City made repeated approaches to lure him away from the club. Daniel Levy, on the other hand, turned down the offers and retained control of the England captain.

However, with Tottenham having finished another season without a title and facing the prospect of losing out on Champions League football, Kane may opt to leave the club permanently this summer. Manchester City is showing interest in the striker once again, given the fact that they have yet to find a replacement for Sergio Aguero. He departed the club earlier this year.

A deal for the England international has also been linked with Manchester United. They are looking for a long-term successor for ageing superstar Cristiano Ronaldo. Furthermore, according to the above-mentioned source, Real Madrid is also very much in the running to sign the 28-year-old Tottenham superstar.

Real Madrid is hoping to make big improvements to their attacking options this summer. They are preparing to recruit Kylian Mbappe from Paris Saint-Germain on a free transfer. They do, however, want to add another goal-scoring threat to their lineup. So, Los Blancos have identified Erling Haaland as their favourite candidate.

Will Los Blancos finally make a move for Kane?

However, the Borussia Dortmund striker may join Manchester City in the summer. This is why Real Madrid is keeping all of their options open. As a potential replacement, Real Sociedad’s Alexander Isak is being considered, while Dani Olmo is also being considered. However, he would not be a like-for-like replacement for Isak.

Kane, like the rest of the players, continues to be in the sight of Real Madrid. Florentino Perez is a fan of the England captain. He has attempted to recruit him in the past. But Tottenham’s high transfer fee has proven to be a stumbling block in his attempts. If, on the other hand, Los Blancos are unable to sign Haaland this summer, Perez may turn to Kane. He has the potential to be a great long-term successor for Karim Benzema at the Santiago Bernabeu.

It remains to be seen if Real Madrid will move on their interest in the striker. But for the time being, Kane remains high on the priority list at the club’s headquarters at the Santiago Bernabeu.
