Everton manager, Frank Lampard, wants Tom Rogic after he departed Celtic

After Tom Rogic departed from Celtic in July, the Daily Record reports that Everton manager Frank Lampard is considering signing him to play for the club.

The Australian international decided to finish out his contract in Glasgow because he was looking for a new challenge, but he has not been successful in finding one. The Toffees, on the other hand, may be able to provide him with a new experience on the Merseyside.

The Daily Record reports that Lampard is mulling over whether or not to offer the 29-year-old player a contract as he seeks to bolster the midfield alternatives available to him, even though he faces competition from teams in Australia and Indonesia.

It comes after Rogic made 50 appearances in his final season at Celtic Park, capping off a nine-year stay in Glasgow by scoring six goals and providing ten assists as the Bhoys wrestled back the Scottish Premiership title.

Will Tom Regic move to Everton?

The Australian played a total of 272 games for Celtic, scoring 46 goals and contributing 49 assists. During his time with the Hoops, he was a part of 16 title wins.

To our way of thinking, Rogic would be doing foolishly if he chose to disregard Everton’s interest in him, particularly considering that the World Cup is coming up in November.

Rogic, who is a goalscoring midfielder, would have the chance to learn from Lampard, who is considered to be one of the finest players of his generation if he were to join the Toffees, who are one of the most successful teams in England.

This is an arrangement that would almost certainly be to the advantage of all involved parties, particularly in the case of a free transfer.

In addition, if Anthony Gordon does sign with Chelsea, Lampard will need to find a new source of creativity and goals. These are two things that Rogic, whom Chris Sutton referred to as a “lovely footballer,” provided in abundance for Celtic.

The current state of affairs indicates that the Everton No. 10 will remain at Goodison Park after a deal from Chelsea for £40 million was turned down.

Keep a watch on this developing issue, as we will be quite shocked if Rogic is unable to find a new club soon.
