Chelsea ended up losing their match against Everton 1-0 at Goodison Park, which gave the Toffees a boost in the hunt to climb out of the relegation zone. This was a crucial win for the Merseyside outfit and boss Frank Lampard was delighted with the result. The joy was clearly visible on his face, though he is a former Chelsea man himself.

Though they are still in the relegation zone, they still have a game in hand over their other rivals. With that being said, this was a really crucial result for their ambitions to remain in the top flight of English football.
