WATCH: Neymar and Kylian Mbappe combine together to score a wonderful goal for PSG against Juventus

Kylian Mbappe’s goal in the first half gave Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) the lead over Juventus in the Champions League match they played on Tuesday (September 7).
In the fifth minute of play, the attacker capped off the play with a magnificent strike that found its way into the bottom corner to put the Parisians on the front foot. On the other hand, his combination with Neymar Jr. in the buildup to the goal was extraordinary, to say the least.
Mbappe took possession of the ball within the middle third of the field, then handed it to Neymar before dribbling behind the opposing team’s line. The Brazilian didn’t waste any time once he got the ball, heaving it up high and above the Juventus defenders to connect up with his partner while timing the pass to keep Mbappe’s run onside.
The striker decided against keeping the ball and instead went for a first-time shot on goal. The goalkeeper managed to get a hand on the ball, but he was unable to prevent it from going in.
After scoring the first goal of the night, the Frenchman did not sit back and take credit for his work. 22 minutes into the match, he scored the second goal for PSG, sending the ball past Perin to double his team’s lead and ensure that they would continue to lead.

The second goal was similarly the product of excellent link-up play, with Achraf Hakimi and Mbappe easing their way through the defence to make it easier for them to score. The right-back and the striker performed a one-two to create space in the defence, which allowed the France international to score in the lower left corner of the goal.
Juventus seemed to be unable of preventing the Parisians from scoring, as each attack coming from the home team appeared to have the potential to result in a goal. However, Juventus stepped up their defensive efforts and were able to maintain their composure until the halftime whistle, which eventually resulted in the score being the same at 2-0. Nevertheless, they will come to regret giving PSG control for huge chunks of the game, especially considering how well the hosts have played.
