The Gunners had the momentum, they had the rhythm, they even had their chances, the only thing they did not have was a goal to show that. Alexandre Lacazette missed a huge chance which could have given the Gunners a lead but failed to convert any shot on target this evening.

This draw can prove to haunt Arsenal in the future as the club would have retained the 4th position if they had claimed the 3 points today. With this, the horrendous month of January also ends for the Gunners as they failed to win any of their five games and got eliminated from two cup competitions as well.
