Arsenal Have Recieved Two Offical Bids For Their Star Player

The situation regarding Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang is still unclear at Arsenal. The Gabon international has not played a single minute under Mikel Arteta for over two months now. His absence from the team is reportedly due to his disciplinary issues. And as things stand, he is exiled from the team. He does not train with the team normally and is nowhere to be seen near the team sheet as well. When asked about him, Arteta does not give away anything as he simply refuses to comment on Aubameyang’s situation.

With Aubameyang way past his best days and Mikel Arteta approaching a no-nonsense approach. it looks like the player is set to leave the club this transfer window. That being said, the club is working to dispatch the player.

Saudi Arabian club Al-Hilal approached Arsenal regarding Aubameyang and submitted a loan with an option to buy offer which also included that they will pay the player’s 350k/week wages in full. Arsenal were looking at other options too as Aubameyang wants to remain in Europe.

Which two clubs have submitted a bid for Aubameyang?

According to reliable journalist David Ornstein, Juventus and Barcelona are the two clubs that are interested in acquiring the services of Aubameyang. It will most likely be a loan deal that will see the player play for another club until summer 2022. While it is still unclear as to what will Arsenal do regarding this, talks are ongoing with both clubs.

Even if Arsenal grants Aubameyang the permission to leave, where the player will go will be dependent on Morata. If Morata goes to Barca, Aubameyang will most likely go to Juventus but if Morata stays, then the Gabon international could be on his way to Camp Nou. Lets wait to find out where Aubameyang ends up by the end of January window.
